Eat your damn breakfast & be more productive.

I know you. Your business is really starting to take off and you feel ... pulled, overwhelmed and hungry ?
Hungry because you haven't been eating breakfast, lunch or any proper meal lately. This leaves you feeling super low energy and like you just want to stuff your face with delicious, greasy goodness chased by a fishbowl of wine.
You know that if you could just be more consistent in this "being healthy" battle you and your business would continue to climb. You'd feel more confident in your body and skills so that you would have the energy + enthusiasm to really put yourself out there.

So to take you out of overwhelm, let's start with the first thing I want you to do every day.
Grab your favorite mug, some warm water and half of a fresh, juiced lemon and then second thing, eat your damn breakfast.
But what do I eat ?
Here are my top 4 favorite and super simple breakfasts. They are balanced and will help you feel so much better when you start your work day.
1.) Whole grain toast + cashew nut butter + a banana ( the greener the better )
2.) Whole grain toast + cottage cheese + a tomato
3.) Rice milk + 1/4 cup of chia seeds + seasonal fruit + raw honey (let sit for 10 minutes )
4.) Grain & Nut free museli
3 cups mixed seeds (hemp, chia, sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit (apricot, cranberry, apple, etc.)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, etc.)
1 banana, sliced
non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, or hemp)
Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly. Take the amount you would like for your cereal bowl, and store the remainder in an air-tight container. Top your dry cereal with fresh berries, sliced banana, and milk. Can be served warm or cold. Makes 4 servings
