I love finding ways to be efficient, cost effective or creative when it comes to my fitness. My current fitness routine is women's competitive soccer twice a week for 90 minutes, walking my dogs, weight training and cardio at the gym.
I'm not going to pretend that I enjoy it every single day. Sometimes I need a change of scenery or to try something new.
Today, I'm sharing my top 3 favorite fitness resources that help me stay fit on the go or with limited time.
1. Daily Hiit
100 % online + supportive Facebook group + daily email challenges to keep you on track. You really can't go wrong. If you are looking to use your body weight or free weights in the comfort of your home, these work out are challenging and fun.
You can check them out at www.dailyhiit.com
2. Ryan Giggs - Sports Yoga
Both my husband and I are huge fans of Ryan Giggs, so much so that we have named one of our dogs after him / a Metalocaypse character - Giggs Murderface . Ryan Giggs' football career lasted until he retired at the age of 40 and he credits his endurance / lack of injuries to his yoga routine.
I really enjoy this dvd because it is the perfect combination of positional changes and static poses.

3. Traveling Workout Of The Day
I love Crossfit and it is my go to when I want to change up my routine between playing women's competitive soccer and weight training. It is actually my biggest secret to dropping 35 lbs.
I love the competitiveness and the mental strength to push through.
Traveling workout of the day is amazing because you can use whatever you have around for weight and do it in the comfort of your home or hotel room.
