Smoothie Recipe: Berry Ginger Green

In case you are totally new here, I'm a smoothie junkie. (Seriously, might have to have an intervention over here).

It's my go-to healthy trick when I'm on the go or trying to be proactive in nourishing my body. They give your digestive system a break with having your food mechanically broken down for you.


berry ginger green smoothie

Makes 1 serving

1 cups of dairy-free milk or water

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1/2 avocado

Handful of parsley

1 cup berries of choice

1-inch piece of ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon honey or stevia to taste

Ice (optional)

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
