What I believe to be true .
I've been thinking a lot lately about what my "truth" is. I don't mean in an Oprah kind of way either.
More like, what are the beliefs that I live my life by.
What do you believe in ? What thoughts are the back bone of your belief system ?
Today, I'm sharing my funny, yet brutally honest, ideas that will help you get to know me better.
This my short and sweet version of life lessons learned as a health coach, solopreneur and woman in the modern world.
What I believe to be true:
Focusing 100% on your business will not make you successful. You need self care and time for fun to take it to the next level.
The CIA should use diets as a torture technique.
When you create a regular schedule you will feel more in control of your free time. (Your brain will actually turn off )
No one way of doing anything works for everyone. (Especially eating)
You can have your cake and eat it too. Just make sure it's only 20% of what you eat and you'll be fine.
Women take on extra tasks (busyness), pick up addictions (ie facebook, instagram, pinterest, alcohol ) and emotional eat to avoid feeling those shitty feelings that creep up.
Love yourself first and the rest will follow.
If you listen to your cravings and feelings, you will know exactly what you need to do to be happy.
Your secret to losing weight isn’t in what you eat, it’s your level of fulfillment. Get out and have some fun!
Movement is the key to feeling younger.
Figure out what isn’t working for you and do the opposite = instant moment of taking your power back.
Focus on being awesome at being you and not a shitty version of someone else.
No one wants to make change alone. Get support. Find your biz bff or hire a coach.
