This is about you AND how you feel about yourself AND the choices you make around your food, movement and happiness.

 

In our 8 weeks together, I'll guide you through a journey of transformation back to the woman you know you are deep inside.

This is most definitely not a quick fix diet program full of deprivation, starvation or pills. It is designed to guide you back to treating yourself with the same (if not more) love and respect you so freely give to other through making the simplest, healthy shifts that your body is craving.

More than just the food (but yes, including the food).

You'll learn everything you need to know to nourish your body through shifts in your eating, emotional eating habits and the tools you can use to get the results you are seeking. This is intensive self care lady !

Movement is key in changing how you feel in your body. It's not meant to be torture but a way to really feel what's going on for you. 

To feel good, connected and even alive.

Struggling with a body that didn't feel like home and thoughts that kept me feeling like I would never be "good enough".

I tried everything under the sun to finally feel good and lose the weight. It was a never-ending chain of progress and self sabotage. I was mentally, physically and soulfully depleted.


THE SHIFT.

 

I realized that I needed to repair my relationship with myself to be happier and healthier. I needed to stop depriving and torturing myself.

Underneath all the overwhelm, was a struggle to be the real version of me instead of what I thought I should be.

It showed up in my life as being overweight, depressed and feeling desperate for change.

When you commit to showing yourself the love and respect you deserve, you become unstoppable.

We will meet once per week via ZOOM for 60 minutes. Digging into real, transformational and deep conversations customized for what's going on for you at the time. 

That's 8 hours of 1 on 1 coaching over a  two month span. 

There will always be questions in the time between our calls. I use a special app to keep in touch. 

This is so that you can be focused and present during our time together. You will always have these and can use them to recap when you are having a bad day. 

I love getting surprises in the mail and I love showing my clients how much I appreciate them. This package contains my favorite tools and goodies to get you started right away. 

I will be sharing all my best resources with you as they apply to your needs. This includes handouts, worksheets, books, videos, etc.
